Terms and Conditions – Karachisata Betting & Casino Platform

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to karachisata. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and karachisata ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). The Terms apply to all use of the karachisata website, mobile browser experience, and any related services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, virtual games, and the VIP loyalty programme.

By registering an account, depositing funds, accepting a bonus, or placing a bet on karachisata, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Karachisata reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

By registering you confirm that all information you have provided is true and accurate. Providing false details — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 18+ requirement — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Rules

One account per player. Each individual may only hold one karachisata account. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person — identified by name, device, IP address, payment method or any other reasonable indicator — all but the original account may be suspended. Any bonuses claimed on duplicate accounts will be voided and balances on secondary accounts forfeited.

Account security. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication details with any other person. Karachisata will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

Account suspension and closure. Karachisata reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, abuse of bonus terms, violation of these Terms, or where we reasonably believe that the player's continued use presents a risk to the platform or to the player themselves. In cases of suspected fraud or terms violation, balances may be held pending investigation.

Dormant accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Karachisata may apply a small monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts or, after a reasonable notice period, close them. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with applicable procedures communicated to you in advance.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on karachisata are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The following payment channels are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and other approved mobile wallet providers.

Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your karachisata wallet within a few minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa and within a reasonable processing window for bank transfers. Karachisata does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to you and that has been used to deposit on the account, or to a verified bank account in your legal name. Karachisata reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes vary by method and will be communicated in the withdrawal section of your account.

Withdrawal restrictions. Funds that have been deposited but not yet wagered at least once may be subject to withdrawal restrictions at karachisata's discretion. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Any withdrawal request made while a bonus wagering requirement is outstanding may result in the bonus and related winnings being voided.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Karachisata offers various bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated at the time each promotion is offered. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Wagering requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games or bet types will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bets placed on certain games or markets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

Bonus eligibility. Welcome bonuses are available to new players who have never previously registered on karachisata. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms.

Bonus expiry. Bonuses and free bet credits that are not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Karachisata is not obligated to reissue or reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

Bonus abuse. Karachisata reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to restrict or close accounts, where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to placing low-risk or zero-risk bets designed primarily to clear wagering requirements, using betting patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.

6. Sports Betting Rules

Karachisata offers sports betting markets on cricket, the Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and a range of other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

Bet acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation on screen. Karachisata reserves the right to refuse any bet, or to limit the maximum stake accepted on any bet, at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.

Odds changes. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. If odds change between the time you request a bet and the time it is processed, we may offer you the new odds or, depending on your platform settings, automatically accept at the best available price. Bets confirmed at a price will stand at that price regardless of subsequent market movements.

In-play betting. In-play bets on cricket, PSL matches and other live events are offered in real time. Karachisata may suspend in-play markets at any time — for example at the fall of a wicket, at a timeout, or during a key moment in a match. Any bet placed and confirmed before a market suspension stands. Bets submitted during a suspension period may be rejected or voided.

Match abandonment and postponement. If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum qualifying period of play has been completed, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for individual sports and markets are set out in the relevant sport's rules section within the platform.

Palpable errors. Karachisata reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were opened or priced due to a palpable error — for example, an odds error that resulted in clearly incorrect prices. In such cases, stakes will be returned to your account.

Maximum payout. Individual bet payouts are subject to maximum payout limits which vary by sport and market type. These limits are displayed in the bet slip and within the relevant sports rules. Any winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout will be capped at that maximum.

7. Casino & Games Rules

The karachisata casino section includes live casino tables, slots, virtual games and other RNG-based products. The following general rules apply to all casino and game activity on the platform.

Game outcomes. Slots and virtual games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live casino games are conducted by real human dealers in professionally managed studios. Karachisata does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slots and virtual games are set by the game providers and are available in each game's information section.

Disconnection. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino hand or a spinning slot reel, the game will complete according to its standard resolution rules. Karachisata is not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device. Game history and outcomes are logged server-side and can be reviewed upon request.

Minimum and maximum bets. Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. Players may not place bets outside these limits.

Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game's outcome, the relevant round will be voided and all stakes returned. Winnings that appear to result from a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on karachisata. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using any account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technological tools to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in match fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not publicly available at the time of the bet.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing hands in live poker or coordinating bets to exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent deposit chargebacks or abuse of the payment system.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or palpable odds errors rather than reporting them to support.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or commercially exploit any part of the karachisata platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the karachisata platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of karachisata intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

Karachisata provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, karachisata and its directors, employees, agents and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.

Karachisata's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform will not exceed the value of the net deposits you have made in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Karachisata reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of karachisata after any changes to these Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
